Ephraim completed the installation of an eight zone AV system in my house in 2001. The system used the a/d/s/ system combined with Marantz AV Surround system. The system was well planned as even today I can upgrade components by simple "plug and play" approach to equipment change. The installation was neat with no wires visible in living areas.

I also worked with Ephraim when I was CEO of a/d/s/. His work ethics, foresight and integrity made him one of our best resources.

I must also comment that I have called him at all hours asking for advise on latest equipment, changing set ups etc. and I am not sure when he sleeps! This to say if he works with you he becomes your friend and will be there years from now to support your AV needs.

Ephraim has been providing me with outstanding technical support and repair services for my audio system for over 10 years. And it’s all been done remotely by telephone, e-mail, and UPS. I have an A/D/S/ audio system that includes six sound sources and provides music to and can be controlled from any of six zones throughout my home. Ephraim first began helping me with the system when he was doing technical support for A/D/S/, and he has continued to do so in recent years as an independent service provider. He has consistently been willing and able to successfully troubleshoot system problems over the telephone (without ever having seen the installation), and he recently successfully repaired the controlling unit of the system even though parts for the unit are no longer available. His patience with me and expertise with the system has often amazed and delighted me. Since A/D/S/ no longer makes home audio systems, Ephraim is one of the few people on the planet who is knowledgeable about my system. So, use his services. You will be very pleased with the result, and he will be able to stay in business and keep my audio system running for another 10 years. :-)

Stereophonic Audio and Ephraim Edwards were simply outstanding from beginning to end for the home theater they created for my family. Ephraim was extremely helpful during the planning phase where he answered all of my questions and directed me to the perfect system. He was very knowledgeable about the myriad of products that are out and wasn't interested in trying to sell me the most expensive items. Ephraim was meticulous with the installation and worked seamlessly with the contractors. Then, after everything was installed, he came back and spent time explaining everything and making sure I understood the various features of the system.

I wanted to wire my entire house with a centralized audio/ video system and very unobtrusive speakers. Ephraim was fantastic, he helped me plan and design the entire system. Now I can listen to excellent quality audio in every room in my house, operate the multiple disk CD changer and DVD changer from any room in the house and have two separate home theater audio set ups that are both amplified through a central unit. I highly recommend Ephraim for your audio/visual needs. He is extremely knowledgeable in the area of audio/video equipment. Ephraim has done a fantastic job in creating a great A/V center for my living room and bedroom, including a plasma TV on the wall complete with a 5.1 system. He has done all of this so neatly, you cannot see any wires or loose items. He is the MOST meticulous and hard-working individual I have ever contracted to do anything for me. As far as I am concerned, if I were to ever move to another state, I will pay to fly him to my home to install and hook-up all of my electronic equipment.
